GROW & HARVEST & COOK & EAT

Where education fosters a passion for agriculture & cooking

The Farm Chef Project is a 501 (c) (3) non profit organization

Growing in Connecticut and New York since 2021

We all benefit from the incredible bounty our earth produces. Whether it is through cooking and eating fresh produce, relishing the beauty of flowers at a park, or simply taking in a deep breath on a warm day.

The mission of the Farm Chef Project is to engage youth to learn to love all aspects of agriculture through growing, harvesting, cooking and eating all that our earth has to offer. Through hands-on, environmental-educational experiences, children will learn how to grow and cultivate their own food, with learning the benefits of conservation, importance of locally grown produce, and other environmental causes to support. Additionally, learning the skills to prepare a harvest into a meal, providing invaluable life-skill growth, as well as engaging in opportunities to expand the palate and try new foods.
